MOLDING

Molding method is used in the production of the desired sizes and weights. As with our professional craftsmen and other molding lines, our quality control unit is under supervision and supervision at every stage.

MELTING & CASTING

Melting is done by 2 (800 Kw / 900 V) induction furnaces with a capacity of 2 tons / hour. 350 tons of metal melting and casting capacity in a single piece of up to 4 tons of copper and bronze casting, up to 2 tons of stainless steel casting parts are produced.

CLEANING

The sandblasted parts are cleaned with suitable looms and cleaning equipment according to the deburring conditions and the shipment is made ready.

QUALITY CONTROL

Inspection, supervision and reporting are carried out by a competent quality assurance team which is connected to the principles of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System and in a suitable way to ensure that customer requests are met on time and on time.
